Question 2: Who should post home listings on this site?
     Answer:  Owners, Real Estate Agents, and Builders..

Question 3: How do I create a listing?
     Answer: Clicke here and follow the prompts to create your home listing.  Our system allows you to first create a listing for free, so you can see what it will look like.  If you want your listing saved and posted to this web site, then you will be prompted to pay a one time fee of only $25.  No additional fees or commissions are charged.

Question 4: How long does it take to create a listing?
     Answer: It only takes a few minutes to enter your home information and preview your listing.

Question 5: How do I edit my listings?     Answer: Click the [Update Your Listing] button,
		and enter the login name and password   you created when you created your listing.
	Then you will see a screen that lists all of your home listings with the option to Delete, Modify, or View each one.  Next, select Modify, for the home you want to edit.

Question 6: How do I delete my listings?     Answer: Click the [Update Your Listing] button
		and enter the login name and password   you created when you created your listing.
	Then you will see a screen that lists all of your home listings with the option to Delete, Modify, or View each one.  Select Delete, for the home you want to edit.

Question 7: When would I want to delete my listings?
    Answer: You only want to delete a listing after you sell your house. 

Question 8: What if I delete my listing by mistake and I still had advertising time left I would like to use

       Answer: No. Our system is user friendly and everything is automatic.

Question 10: How do I get photos into my listing?
      Answer: Click Photos to see three ways to obtain photos.
                    There are two places where you can insert up to 6 photos into your listing:
                    1) When you first create your listing,
              and 2) When you login to edit your listing.

Question 11 How do I enter a description to appear under each photo that I upload?
       Answer: After you upload each photo, type any text in the box provided below the photo.

Question 12: How many photos can I insert into my listing?
       Answer: You may insert from 1 to 6 photos into your home listing.

Question 16: Do I need anything other than a standard Inernet connection to use this system?
    Answer: No.  All you need is a connection to the Internet.  No special software is required.
                 Our copyrighted system automates everything!

Question 17: Is this system compatible with all popular browsers?
    Answer: All popluar browsers can view listings that are posted.
                     However, we recommend using Microsoft Explorer or Netscape to post listings.
                     Some problems have been reported using America On Line to post listings.
                    

Question 19: How do people search for listings? Answer: 1. Click OR Then click on a state.  Next, click on a city to see homes sorted by price or Enter listing number into the search box located at the top of the page. 2. Click 3. Enter the listing number after the web address www.ViewOnline.net.     For example www.ViewOnline.net/2673     Note: Since each listing is automatically assigned a listing number when it is created, some sellers may              advertise a listing # in newspaper ads or on yard signs.
